Arrangement Conference

We would like to extend our condolences in the loss of your loved one.

 

Thanks you for calling our establishment. Our professional staff is ready to give attention and compassion needed in your time of sorrow.

 

On the arrangement day, there are many questions and decision that a family must make in determining the type of service to meet their individual needs.

Here is a list of items you must have available in preparation for the arrangement conference:

  • Address of the deceased
  • Marital status
  • Occupation
  • Veteran Status – discharge papers
  • Social security number of the deceased and the social security number of the person handling the funeral expenses
  • Descendant’s date and birth place
  • Descendant’s father’s name
  • Descendants mother’s first and maiden names
  • Deed to cemetery (if the family has a plot in a particular Cemetery)
  • Insurance policies – (If applicable) towards funeral expenses.
    • Please bring in policies so that they can be checked. The funeral director will go into further detail about policy deposit requirements.
  • Clothing – Please make sure that all clothing is cleaned and pressed.
    • Women – Dress (high neck and long sleeved), bra, underwear (no girdles of any length), slip, knee-hi stockings, shoes, hair piece (if applicable), perfume, cosmetics, jewelry (optional) – We do not take responsibility for jewelry, so please use your discretion.
  • Men – Suite, shirt, tie, undergarments, socks, and shoes.
